An Artist's Tale..

  After a decade working in arts and entertainment, creatively solving problems, inspiration struck as this author had a new challenge: Parenting an ADHD child whilst having the same type of mind!

  One exhausted night, when asked “what do you wish you could be doing instead of sleeping?” The bright eyed child said “Go on an adventure!

  An epiphany! Imagination ran wild as they planned to meet in their dreams under the tree in the painting hanging on the bedroom wall … a magical place in which they could explore, create, and build adventures together once asleep. 

  After seeing how powerful this creative solution was for them, the author was doubly inspired, and created "Meet Me Under the Tree" as a shared solution for families facing bedtime struggles, racing thoughts from ADHD, or separation anxiety due to distance, deployment, or loss. It’s more than a bedtime story, it’s a parenting tale of success!

  The author shares “Bedtime is no longer a challenge, it’s an opportunity to create something comforting, magical, and meaningful in a safe place where imagination becomes connection, where parents and children can build a world together "as soon as you start to dream.”
